A spending cap limits what can be topped up in a period, and an alert emails each Owner when top-ups get close.
What the cap covers
The cap is on top-ups: extra ZI action packs bought in a period. The plan fee is not part of it.
What happens at the cap
A top-up that would go past the cap is refused. When top-ups reach the alert percentage of the cap, ZiReach emails each Owner.
Where to see it
Settings, then Billing, then the Wallet card shows the Spending cap (or No cap set), the Alert at a percentage of the cap, and how much has been topped up this period.
The Billing page shows the cap and alert but does not change them yet.
